COMMUNITY DRUM CIRCLE
Introduced as a supporting activity as part of the Festival’s programme in 2007, the Community Drum Circle has become a permanent feature with a number of people coming from all over to participate in this activity.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own drums, percussions and anything that can be used to create a rhythm and sound!

The Drum Circle which is coordinated by members of one of Malaysia’s leading World music groups – the Aseana Percussion Unit and Tugu Drum Circle, demonstrates the use of rhythms and sounds as a universal language in communication.
