FOR GROUPS / INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN PERFORMING AT THE PENANG ISLAND JAZZ FESTIVAL

5. Type of Music (Mainstream, Traditional, Latin Jazz, Jazz Fusion, Smooth Jazz, World Fusion, etc)


6. Would the Artist / Group be agreeable to conducting workshops? Yes No

7. Would the Artist / Group be agreeable to having a preview performance 1 or 2 days prior to the Festival? Yes No

8. Would members of the Group take part in organised "jam sessions" either before or during the Festival? Yes No

9. What are the expected fees for : (i) 1 main performance (ii) 1 preview performance (iii) 1 workshop Please state the fees for EACH of the above
