The 2009 Penang Island Jazz Festival Young Talent Competition

The Penang Island Jazz Festival Young Talent Competition was held in conjunction with The Penang Island Jazz Festival 2009. The Competition was to encourage and promote the creative talents of all musicians below the age of 30 (as of 31st December 2009).

The Penang Island Jazz Festival Young Talent Competition was jointly organised by The Capricorn Connection and the National Department for Culture and Arts (Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture) with the support from Bayview Beach Resort Penang, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, JS Music Sdn. Bhd., InterGlobal Sdn Bhd and Music Mart.
